La Société du Tramway de Rabat-Salé SA (ci-après dénommé « l’Emprunteur ») a sollicité un prêt de la Banque Européenne d’Investissement (ci-après dénommée « la Banque ») en vue de participer au financement du projet de l’extension de la ligne n^o 2 d’environ 7 KM du Tramway de l’agglomération de Rabat-Salé.

Le présent appel d’offres international ouvert sur offre de prix n^o 13/AOO/STRS/2017 porte sur le marché de réalisation des abris voyageurs.

L’estimation des coûts des prestations objet de l’appel d’offres est fixé à la somme de douze millions sept cent quarante mille Dirhams toutes taxes comprises (12 740 000,00 MAD TTC).

Le cautionnement provisoire est fixé à la somme de cent mille Dirhams (100 000,00 MAD).

La durée prévue du marché est de treize (13) mois. La date de notification du marché est prévue pour le 26.2.2018. Le soumissionnaire retenu sera celui qui a présenté l’offre la plus avantageuse parmi celles des autres concurrents retenus. Pour le présent appel d’offres, l’offre la plus avantageuse est la moins disante.

L’appel d’offres est ouvert et toutes les entreprises sont invitées à participer.
