The object of the contract will be implemented on selected and indicated by the Awarding Entity points, which will be located in the area of the Employer's action divided into territorial units in accordance with the list contained in Annex No. 12 to the contract. 3. Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information III.1) Conditions for participation III.1.1) Ability to conduct a professional activity, including requirements related to an entry in the professional or trade register List and brief description of conditions: IO may be awarded to Contractors who: 1.not subject to inclusion from the proceedings, 2. meet the following conditions for participation in the proceedings: 2.1. III.1.2) Economic and financial situation List and brief description of the selection criteria: Contractors who are in the appropriate economic and financial situation can apply for the award of the contract. For fulfilling this condition, the Contracting Authority shall consider the Contractor's possession of insurance of business activity related to the subject of the contract for the amount of at least PLN 60,000.00. In the case of submitting an offer for more than 1 Part of the order, the amount of the required insurance will be the amount resulting from multiplying the amount of PLN 60,000.00 x the number of Parts included in the Contractor's offer. III.1.3) Technical capacity and professional qualifications List and brief description of the selection criteria: 1. The Contractors who have certain technical or professional abilities, ie: have or will have persons capable of performing the contract, may participate in the contract, they will participate in the implementation of the contract. For fulfilling this condition for each part of the order, the Ordering Party will consider having at least four people with: • valid qualification certificate entitling to deal with the operation of equipment, installations and networks in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance of the Minister of Economy, Labor and Social Policy of 28/04/2003 regarding detailed rules for determining qualifications by persons involved in the operation of equipment, installations and networks ( Journal of Laws 2003, No. 89, item 828, as amended) as a Supervisor (allowances of type D, grade 3, items 6, 7 and 10) • valid qualification certificate entitling to deal with the operation of equipment, installations and networks in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance of the Minister of Economy, Labor and Social Policy of 28/04/2003 regarding detailed rules for determining qualifications by persons involved in the operation of equipment, installations and networks ( Journal of Laws 2003, No. 89, item 828, as amended) on the Operations (E type allowances, group 3, items 6, 7 and 10). The total number of people for each part of the order can not be less than 4 people. The Contractor should indicate for each Part of the order at least 4 persons, each of whom should have valid operational and regulatory licenses (together) in the gr. 3 points 6.7 and 10. The Employer does not allow the same persons to be identified for different Parts of the order. It is permissible to demonstrate equivalent rights issued on the basis of previously applicable provisions or equivalent. In the case of persons who have obtained qualifications in other European Union countries, the qualifications held must meet the conditions set out in the Act of 22 December 2015 on the rules for the recognition of professional qualifications acquired in the European Union Member States. In the case of submitting an offer for more than one Part of the order, the number of people should be multiplied by the number of Parts affected by the offer. 2. The contractor may, in order to confirm compliance with the conditions of participation in the procedure, where appropriate and in relation to a specific contract or part thereof, rely on the technical or professional capacity or financial or economic situation of other entities, regardless of the legal nature of the relationship he has with it legal. 3. The contractor, which relies on the abilities or situation of other entities, must prove to the awarding entity that while executing the contract it will have the necessary resources of these entities, in particular by presenting the commitment of these entities to provide it with the necessary resources for the needs of the contract. 4. The ordering party assesses whether the technical or professional capacities made available by contractors or their financial or economic situation allows the contractor to demonstrate compliance with the conditions for participation in the proceedings and examines whether the entity has the grounds for exclusion referred to in the ToR 7.1.2. - 7.1.11, clause 7.1.13. - 7.1.14. The contractor, which relies on the economic and financial situation of other entities, is jointly and severally liable with the entity that committed to provide resources for damage suffered by the orderer resulting from not sharing these resources, unless the failure to provide access to resources is not at fault. 6. In the event that the Contractors jointly apply for the award of the contract: - the conditions set out in points 5.1.2.1., 5.1.2.2., 5.1.2.3 of the ToR shall be deemed met if at least one of the Contractors acting jointly or all Contractors jointly meets them - condition specified in point 5.1.1.
