II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Le marché porte à la fois sur des services (conception, supervision de l’assemblage des équipements, du montage, de l’installation des machines et de test du bon fonctionnement de celles-ci) et des fournitures (acquisition, conditionnement et transport des machines et équipements de cogénération). La finalité est la construction d’une unité de cogénération à partir de biomasse ligneuse. Il s’agit donc d’un fournitures et services comprenant des fournitures, essentiellement de type machines et équipements de cogénération, combinés à des services de montage/assemblage et tests. Le marché comprend la conception d’une unité de cogénération à partir de biomasse ligneuse renouvelable, la fourniture des éléments de production d’énergie thermique et électrique, l’installation des équipements et des machines sur le site identifié à Yangambi en République Démocratique du Congo, en consultation avec les équipes locales à Kisangani et Yangambi (République Démocratique du Congo) et enfin la réalisation des tests des machines et des équipements fournis (performance, sécurité, environnement) pour s’assurer de leur fonctionnement normal et sans risque.

The contract covers both services (design, supervision of the assembly of equipment, assembly, installation of machines and testing of their proper functioning) and supplies (acquisition, packaging and transport of cogeneration machinery and equipment). The aim is to build a cogeneration unit from woody biomass. It is therefore a supply and service comprising supplies, essentially of the cogeneration machine and equipment type, combined with assembly / assembly and testing services. The contract includes the design of a cogeneration unit from renewable woody biomass, the supply of thermal and electrical energy production elements, the installation of equipment and machines on the identified site at Yangambi in the Democratic Republic of Congo , in consultation with the local teams in Kisangani and Yangambi (Democratic Republic of the Congo) and finally carrying out tests of the machines and equipment supplied (performance, safety, environment) to ensure their normal and risk-free operation.
